A Jim Bean rep was at a Baconfest booth in Edmonton, Alberta, CA a couple years ago and was making southern comfort cocktails with this in it. DAMN tasty! I have been trying to find it ever since and none of the liquor stores here have ever heard of it.
I wish they would make something official. Would be a great flavored bourbon.

I will have to look for this in my visits to liquor stores.
When will the Bacon Bourbon be available? Checked with my local ABC store and they said they haven’t heard of it. I want to try it in a blend with the Apple Bourbon, Apple Juice and Apple Cider vinegar, as a spritz for my smoker. Want to try it out on a chuck roast first, then if it is as good as I think it will be, will try it on a Brisket. I live in Indian Trail, North Carolina.
