In the latest addition of flavors to the Mike’s HARDER line of malt alcoholic beverages, this Cherry Lime variety is actually quite good. It’s a bit on the sweet side, but if you are like me and like cherry limeades, this is the alcoholic version in a can that has that familiar taste.
If at first you don’t succeed, try harder. Such a bold statement. Try harder is mostly a suggestion to try this Mike’s HARDER Cherry Lime drink.
8% ABV is how most of these drinks roll. And this can is only available in 23.6oz size [at least that’s all I’ve been able to find it the few times I’ve bought it]. And it’s a bit on the difficult side to find in Utah. I can find it at Lee’s Discount Liquor, which had multiple locations in Nevada for about $3 a can.
The statement on the gluten content on the side of the can is quite the effort. They go through a process to remove the gluten but can’t verify if any gluten remains. My guess is that if gluten affects you, you shouldn’t take a chance on drinking this adult beverage.
Let me know in the comments if you’ve had this one and how you liked it.
